The World Combat Games edition 2023 were held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 22-28th October 2023. This festival of combat sports put Saudi Arabia to become the first Middle Eastern country to host the World Combat Games which has blended with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, a transformative roadmap aimed at diversifying the nation’s economy and enhancing its global presence.
A full Anti-Doping program was performed at the SportAccord World Combat Games, in cooperation with the Saudi Arabian Anti-Doping Committee (SAADC) at the Event.
Kickboxing program included two disciplines: Point fighting (male: -69, -79, -94; female: -55, -65, -70) and Low kick (male: -60, -71, -81; female; -48, -56, -65.
Selected quota by continents: Europe 46 fighters, Asia 19 fighters, America 15, Africa 13 and Oceania 3.
Final medals count by countries find 4 European countries at the best 5 positions, with Brazil:
