The registration deadlines for the European Junior Championship have officially started, and we are sending a kind reminder:
We would like to remind you that general accommodation bookings should have already been completed, as room availability and the offered prices cannot be guaranteed after 30th of May 2025. In case rooms are still available after 30th of May, prices of the remaining capacity can be at least 20% higher.
The hotel and rooms booking is considered accepted if received within the indicated deadline and following the payment conditions indicated in the Invitation letter (amounts net of any bank charges):
• 1st deposit to confirm reservation by 16th of June 2025 at 20%
• 2nd deposit to confirm reservation by 14th of July 2025 at 30%
• 3rd deposit to confirm reservation by 11th of August 2025 at 50%
Cancellations until 16th of June 2025 is possible without any penalty (except for bank charges in case of reimbursement).
We also remind you of the registration process, which is possible only via Rsportz platform, and is mandatory for:
