The WAKO International Referee Seminar will be held in Varna, Bulgaria, from July 3rd to 7th, 2025.

- Elefteria Panagopoulou, chairwoman of European tatami referees
- Michaela Kovacova, chairwomen of European ring referees
- Sami Savo, technical director of WAKO ring disciplines
- Yuri Laktihov, chairman of WAKO referee committee for ring disciplines
- Kim Kristoffersen, chairman of WAKO referee committee for tatami disciplines

- 3 July: Check in, theoretical lecturings
- 4 July: Practice training all day
- 5 July: Prectice training all day

Participation fee for ring referees who are obtaining/upgrading international license: 150 €.
Participation in this seminar grants tatami referees 5 points, in accordance with the requirement to collect a sufficient number of points in order to be eligible for officiating at international competitions.
