Dear All,
The confirmed date for WAKO European championships in Maribor, Slovenia (Low kick, K1 rules, Light Contact) is October 22 to October 30, 2016. This date is to facilitate the late change of the host country for the championships and to ensure continuity and success for IWGA and WAKO Europe.
I trust in your support and understanding in this matter and I look forward to seeing all of you at the WAKO World championships in Dublin.
We are working hard with European Olympic Committees in relation to the inclusion of kickboxing in the next European Olympic Games in 2019.
