Thomas More University of Applied Sciences hosted Transnational Project Meeting of the SAFE Combat Erasmus Project, on September 29th and October 1st, 2025, in Antwerp, Belgium.
This event is organized in collaboration with the other five partners of the SAFE Combat Consortium: the European Judo Union, Sport Evolution Alliance, WAKO Europe, the Karate Federation of Republic of North Macedonia, and Sport Innovation Hub SL.
The objective of the program is to establish a certification system for combat sport and martial arts clubs, encouraging sport organizations to take proactive measures in safeguarding.
WAKO Europe participated in the meeting in full capacity, contributing expertise and perspectives that will be of great importance to the discussions.
