WAKO Uzbekistan chairman Mr. Aybek Narmetov and the WAKO President Mr. Roy Baker have officially signed the agreement to host the Seniors World Championship in November 2027, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, marking an important step for the development of kickboxing in the Asian region.
The signing ceremony took place during WAKO World Cup in Bangkok 8th April 2026, gathering leading officials of the WAKO Kickboxing Community.
This is also a strong mark of Uzbekistan’s growing role as a host of major international kickboxing events.
