By the present please receive herewith attached the official invitation containing all necessary details for participation to the next WAKO Senior and Master World Championship (All Disciplines) that will take place in Albufeira, Portugal, from 17th to 26th November 2023.You’re kindly requested to arrange flight tickets for your national team to FARO international airport according to the program of the Championship. Registration, weigh in and medical control will be held at the venue “Pavilhão Municipal de Albufeira”, Av. das Ilhas B, 8200-047 Albufeira, Algarve – Portugal, on Friday November 17th and Saturday November 18th only. Please take note of the important information in the Invitation letter and deadlines:
1. APPENDIX A) – HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and APPENDIX 1 – PRELIMINARY FORM to be sent by AUGUST 17th, 2023
2. APPENDIX C) – APPLICATION FORM FOR VISA REQUEST to be sent back in Word format only (not pdf or jpg) by AUGUST 17th, 2023
3. APPENDIX 2 – FINAL ENTRY FORM to be sent by OCTOBER 16th, 2023
4. APPENDIX B) – TRAVEL SCHEDULE FORM to be sent by OCTOBER 31st, 2023.
