WAKO European Older Cadets and Juniors Championships 2021

Dear All,

Following Invitation letter for WAKO European Older Cadets and Juniors Championships 2021 which was sent to your kind attention on July 5th, 2021, please, receive hereto attached additional documents to be used for participation on this important event.
Please, follow the procedure and be aware of the deadlines for visa request, registration, hotel booking and payments.
STEP by STEP:
As already indicated in Invitation letter please follow the instructions in order to make your participation easy and smooth.

COUNTRIES THAT NEED VISA TO ENTER MONTENEGRO:
VISA REQUEST:
STEP 1. 
Fulfil Appendix 1, 2, 3 4 and send to [email protected] at the same time BUT not later than July 20th, 2021.
STEP 2. 
Inform Promoter about visa process until July 30th, 2021.
STEP 3. 
Execute payment of 50% of total cost for accommodation of your team, not latter than July 31st, 2021.
STEP 4. 
Cancellation and changes without penalty until August 20th, 2021.
STEP 5.
Fulfil Appendix 5 and send it to [email protected] until September 20th, 2021.
STEP 6.
Execute payment of airport transfer until October 4th, 2021.
STEP 7. 
Fulfil Appendix 6 and send it to [email protected] until October 15th, 2021.

COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT NEED VISA TO ENTER MONTENEGRO:
STEP 1.
Fulfil Appendix 3 and 4 and send to [email protected] within July 30th, 2021.
STEP 2.
Execute payment of 50% of total cost for accommodation of your team, not latter than August 6th, 2021.
STEP 3.
Cancellation and changes without penalty until August 20th, 2021.
STEP 4. 
Fulfil Appendix 5 and send it to [email protected] until September 20th, 2021.
STEP 5.
Execute payment of airport transfer until September 30th, 2021.
STEP 6.
Fulfil Appendix 6 and send it to [email protected] until October 15th, 2021.
